In order to maintain the campaign for Ecological Solid Waste Management (RA 9003) in our community, the City Government of Tuguegarao through the leadership of TCENRO gave stickers which bears a tagline "BASURA NG PASAHERO KO, PANANAGUTAN KO" to tricycle drivers. And to establishments which also bears a tagline of "TAPAT KO, LINIS KO! BASURA KO PANANAGUTAN KO". Anyone caught violating provisions of this law will be penalized.

Responsibility of the Tricycle Drivers

In order to have a good system in transportation, every tricycle driver whose regular employment is operating a tricycle has the resposibility to have a Mayor's Permit and a franchise license first before they can operate within the City. Anyone caught to operate without the said permits and license will be penalized.

Signages

As we all know, signages plays a very important role in all agencies and establishment most especially when the establishment is wide and have a lot of offices. The signages serves as the guide of clients. They are the type of silent agents of a business. Outside the City Hall, there is an allotted parking space which bears a tagline of "PARKING SPACE FOR PERSON WITH DISABILITY". And in order to maintain the cleanliness within the area, there is a trash bin and signa ge which bears a tagline of "NO LITTERING". Lastly, in order for the clients to be guided, upon entering the City Hall of Tuguegarao, there is a DIRECTORY wherein the names of offices were placed and into what floor they can be seen.
